It's begining to look a lot like Christmas!

Our Sunday was very eventful, we did so many Christmas realated things that we can't wait till that day! Hopefully by now you guys have realized that Christmas is only FIVE days away!
First we went to church because my cousin's Junior and Aileen were going to perform, Michael wasn't supposed to, but he went up there and put on a show! Then the big man made an appearance there and explained that he brings little kids gifts to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. For now mommy and daddy have decided that Santa Clause is not the reason that I should look forward to Christmas and therefore chosen not to introduce me to him. I think that's good because he is scary looking!
Emma agrees with me because she was just clinging on to gramma and would not get close to him at all!

Here is Tio Alfredo, Tia Violet and Alfredo and Reyna. Ready to see the Show! It was too cold for Angel so he was at his Gramma's house.

The Hoilday train came this later on that night, and guess what we got snow! Not real snow but it looked real. It was so much fun and so cold.

Mommy says that 'This is why the fires were turned off so fast, Mooraprk's got the cutest firemen!"

Here is Tio Meno he came to spend the Holidays with us and is preparing for his trip to Missourri. After that he will be gone for 7 months so, mommy and all the family are trying not to think about that, right now and just enjoy the moment. We felt so proud that people that night kept going up to him and thanking him for serving our Country.

I love my Mommy and Daddy!

Here is Mommy and Daddy all dressed up the day we
went to get our Christmas Picture taken. You guys should
all be getting them in the mail soon. Now don't think my
mommy and daddy look this good every day. It took some
hard planning on their part to get Joey and I to fall asleep
at the same time, and then do "Rock-Paper-Scissors" for
who got the bathroom first. Mommy won!

My day with Vanessa!

On Staurday we had my cousin with us for the day. Right when she got there mommy wanted to do so many things, so we went to the mall, so mommy could go shopping for a little girl for the first time. I just like going on the big stroller!

We went to a birthday party and then to Chuk E. Cheese Vanessa loved this Merry-go-round. Seriuosly we had to pull her off to go eat.

Then daddy took me on this thing, I had no idea what it was but it looked cool!

Meanwhile mommy is chasing Vanessa because she didn't understand that you are not allowed to climb in here, especially if someone is playing in that lane!

Then daddy with his kid-size doggers that he puts on anyone who will let him. Vanessa's favorite phrase of the day was "What's up baby?" and daddy laughed every time.

At the end of the day we didn't want Vanessa to go home, we wanted to keep her. She was lot's of fun. Now mommy wants a baby girl and I want a sister, daddy still sais he just want's boys but I know he is just saying that. He want's a little girl too. It was fun having someone to play with that was nice.

Oh Yeah! Thank you Gramma for my Elmo chair I love it!

We didn't start the fire!!!

"This entry is made by my mommy because I was at home with Gramma so I wouldn't be smelling the smoke. It's bad for me."-Little Christian
The day started out like any other Sunday Morning, me with the kids, Christian at some car related event, he had left at the usual time 5:00am. So happy I was when I realized it was 8:30am and the kids were still sleeping. I thought what a wonderful day this is going to be, boy was I wrong. I looked out the window and what do I see... SMOKE!! I call Christian to tell him I even send him a picture on the phone and my loving ever so caring husband says "Oh, shit for real? Guess what? I found a model for my car." Stunned silence I couldn't believe him, so I hung up. So there I am home alone with the kids and no car. I call my mom's house and the kids are home alone, Great! So there I go running down the smoke filled streets with the kids in the stroller. They closed down Walnut Canyon and only residents could come in.
This is the sky right above my mom's house.
The fire came up on Everette right next to Alfredo and Anthony's uncle Ramon's house. Which Alfredo was there front of the line fighting the fire that came within feet of Ramon's house. The helicopter had to come in and help this is a shot of how close the helicopter came to the house.
At the same time a fire started up on Ace hill that fire came
within feet of those houses. Which are right behind my mom's house.

Then Christian finally got there and he saw an owl. So he took a picture. There he is on a tree in my mom's yard, for some reason the guys were very amazed.
As the fire's grew more out of control the fire and rescue teams kept on coming.
Then I had to go home where my mom was with the kids because there was less smoke. Or so I thought. This is the corner of Moorpark and High street.
Then the corner of First, Moorpark and Poindexter. Usually from this corner you could see our house but the smoke was so thick that our house is nowhere in sight.
Then to the right was Poindexter, The cars were moving along slowly because the smoke was like a very thick smelly fog. You can't even see Chaparral.

On a happier note, while we went on our thrilling fire chase we saw this awesome christmas decorated house, I thought it was the cutest thing ever! Also on sunday we found out that Little Christian does not like Mint. He is a chocoholic he will eat any kind of chocolate and all chocolate if I would let him but not mint & chocolate.

Later on in the night The fires were still going, and this one broke out in the hills to the right of the 118 fwy heading to Somis. Christian Thought it would be cool to go check out the fires, of course the cops thought it was a dumb idea and told us to get out of the way. So this was our very eventful sunday. Oh yeah and we made national news!

Happy Friday!!

Look at my little brother! Can you tell by his hair that
it's 6:04am? Yeah he is the only one in the house who
wakes up this happy, this early! But I think he looks
like daddy! What do you think?

"I love my sweet potatoes!"

Our first bath!

We had our first bath yesterday. Joey was crazy and kept splashing everywhere!
